July 1999 to Present: Marine Surveyor, Accident Investigator, and Marine Industry Consultant. Conducting condition & value purchase and insurance surveys on yachts and small craft as an independent marine surveyor. Conducting damage surveys on vessels for insurance claims. Consulting with the commercial vessel industry in the capacity of marine surveyor and liaison between the commercial marine industry and regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Coast Guard. Consulting as an expert with admiralty attorneys regarding civil and criminal actions related to the marine industry. SAMS® Accredited Marine Surveyor as of November 2001. SAMS board of Directors VP of testing.
